Blossoming Beauty Pageants

THE RULES

** Your age will be determined by the day of
competition. There are no marital status
requirements.
All are encouraged to join!

** There will be no refunds of any kind. If you cannot
attend, your fees will be transferred to another date
held by Blossoming Beauty Pageants.

** All Prizes will be awarded at the conclusion of the
entire pageant. You must stay for group photos at
the
end or you will forfeit your title and prizes.

** Due to the number of entries, this pageant
reserves
the right to pro-rate any awards to NO LESS THAN
HALF of what is printed. But we will give the amount
posted if there are at least 5 contestants for each
age
division!

** There are no contracts to sign, we encourage you
participate in other pageants.

** I, the director, will not tabulate the scores. As of
right
now, I have an score tabultor to do that for me! I will
double
check his or her work and make any corrections
with
them!

** I use judges that are not known. These judges
should
not know anyone.

** Contestants will receive their scores and
comments
after the crowning ceremony is over.

** I will not allow any competing contestants
parents to
ever be on staff other than helping to decorate
behind
scenes or other sides jobs that may be needed.
They
may help out with tickets and any of the other
behind
the scene help. But they will never be allowed near
the
judge’s table at any time.

** If you are late for thee event, then points will be
deducted.

** Please forward all questions to me, the director!
All
information from anyone else but me could be
invalid
and definitely not reliable!

** Please do not talk about other contestants in the
ballroom. It is very rude and inconsiderate for a
mom to
hear someone talking about his or her child in front
of
him or her
** Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated.
Persons found to be bashing the pageant,
contestants,
director, judges and/or staff in any way, will be
disqualified from this pageant with no refunds!

**Blossoming Beauty Pageant and The Omni
Newport
News Hotel will not be held responsible for any
accident, injury or loss, prior to, during and/or after
the
pageant.

**Please know that all photos taken at Blossoming
Beauty Pageant events become sole property of the
pageant which we can use for all pageant
advertising.
(Flyers, website, banners, etc.)

** All these contestants have worked very hard to do
what they do and they all deserve to be applauded
for
that! We cheer for everyone! No one should ever
feel
that they do not belong!

By entering the Blossoming Beauty Pageant you
abide
by these rules with no other obligations afforded to
you
by the staff. All decisions are final!
